Superb Cleaning Service, Inc

I purchased a Groupon for $70 for 4 hours of cleaning. I wanted my house cleaned before Thanksgiving guests arrived, but have yet to talk to anyone and it's Jan 11. I have left several messages on their voice mail and sent one from their website. I   finally contacted Groupon and got a reply that they would contact the company and to let them know if I didn't hear back in 3 days. That was Jan 5th and still no reply fro the company. Have requested a refund but still don't have a thoroughly cleaned house that I was hoping for.
I hold both the company and Groupon responsible. If they don't have the staff or capacity to even answer the phone or call back, let alone come and clean, then they should have never had the Groupon offer in the first place.

I also had a Groupon and left 11 messages from my cell phone alone (more from home or through my husband) over the course of two months. I received one message back asking me to let them know a date and time that would be good for them to come do the work. I left another message saying, "Literally any morning next week." They never confirmed, never showed, and never responded to any of my following messages.

I thought this would give me the opportunity to try them out (Groupon).  They showed up on time and worked for about two hours (remember I paid for 4 hrs).  They told me they were done, didn't ask what they should do to complete the 4 hrs (ex. ask for an extra project )ex. inside of windows, base boards etc... Later after they left, I realized that they did not clean under anything, the shower was not done to my satisfaction and I was just not happy with the overall experience.  This was not a deep cleaning.
