I hold both the company and Groupon responsible. If they don't have the staff or capacity to even answer the phone or call back, let alone come and clean, then they should have never had the Groupon offer in the first place.
"The cleaners were there to clean for 4 hours after completing all items on your list we were done in 2 hours. We always ask the customer to do a walk through to make sure we have done all that you needed and to your satisfaction, you should have asked them to re clean your shower and etc. Deep cleaning is NOT part of the Groupon special, we complete a general cleaning of your entire house or the areas you ask us to clean. I apologize that the service was not to your standards you could have redeemed your other 2 hours at another date if you told them that was what you wanted. Thank you for your review and rating."
