I have a contract with them and they gave me a price that not normally worth. I have a 500 gal. tank and just fill up 80%. They are pretty good and I researched them because I was unhappy with my previous provide. I think they have the best price overall and the price and contract are transparent. They come when they think that we're getting low and re-fill, and frankly I haven't had any trouble waiting for them to come and re-fill and didn't even make a request to come out.

The tankless water heater continues to shut itself off within 5 seconds of turning on the hot water. Previous two technicians were locked onto the theory that the screen filter is getting clogged up causing the water inflow to decrease and therefore shutting off the heating flame. The filter on initial removal was moderately dirty and replaced, but the second removal did not show any significant obstruction.
When I removed the screen filter myself (a third examination), it was clean and yet the heater was still shutting down. Each time when the technicians were here, I pointed out to them the and quot;error code 71and quot; that was flashing on the control panel. Neither of the technicians could tell me what that and quot;error code 71and quot; meant.
When the water heater failed to stay on again last night, I went online and learned that the and quot;error code 71and quot; means that the circuit board is malfunctioning and should probably be replaced. Neither technician had checked the circuit board. I called Suburban Propane and informed them of the tank again not heating and informed them what the and quot;error code 71and quot; means on this product that they sold and installed in my home - and allegedly are capable of servicing, maintaining, and repairing.
I have expressed my dissatisfaction to the lady with whom I spoke on the phone this morning. Nonetheless, they will not be able to send another and quot;technicianand quot; out until sometime tomorrow morning to and quot;look at itand quot;. More time off from work, more sitting around waiting upon unsatisfactory service to arrive, and wondering when this problem will be finally resolved.
All I want is hot water.

I want everyone to know that Suburban is one of the only service providers for Viking gas ovens in the Tallahassee area.
I called the vendor who sold us the oven 12 years ago, and they gave me service names that no longer worked on Viking products. I called Vikingand quot;s Atlanta headquarters and asked who serviced their Viking ovens in Tallahassee. I was given 2 names that never returned my calls. So, I called Suburban Propane to ask who they would suggest as service providers and I learned that they have a service department within the Suburban Propane Company in Tallahassee. I had an appointment within 2 days of calling. The service men diagnosed the problem, order the parts and were back in 5 days to install! Excellent service!
