Energy Efficiency Auditing
At the completion of the audit, I was promised a digital report within two days. Two days later, I saw Service in a local store and inquired about the report. He said he was late, but I would receive it the next day. It has been four weeks and I still have no report. Service has ignored my email and telephone message. I recently sent a certifed letter to his business address, but have not received the return card as yet. Without the report the work performed becomes moot, if not useless to me. Additionally, he showed up ten minutes late to our appointment and stayed outside on the cell phone for more than another 10 minutes. Finally, I went outside and complained. He then hung up and came inside to work
