Home Security System Service
Sonitrol/Redwire that has done nothing, but lie to and scam
me in the past few years. Constantly being baited and switched by this company.
They would repeatedly tell me they were doing one thing, only to find out I was
receiving the exact opposite. Lost lots of money on services that I wasn?t even
receiving. They don?t stand truthful to their contracts and billed me for
services that I never authorized to be done, while also telling me all along that
all maintenance was included in contract. They went in and removed my excellent
alarm system and switched it with their mickey mouse alarm system and only gave
me half the services that I have paid for. After all this their executive vice
president Ted Frazee gave the ultimatum to pay what they want or terminate. Don?t
mistake this bad review for Stanley Security. This review is for Sonitrol and
Redwire.
