 + -1 moreBasically, they accept money but do not provide the service. Their voicemail is not only full, it does not even provide the name of the company. It wasn't clear that it was the correct phone number. Calling Groupon was no help. They said that it was probably because they were too busy to empty the voicemail. However, I had done due diligence. I had eventually contacted Service Management who said that they could currently honor their coupon because their president was dead and they had to restructure. It was unclear what it meant to restructure. There has been no contact with either Service Management Group or Groupon. As far as I can tell, Groupon sells coupons for company who are either out of business or in the midst of some reorganization that prevents them from honoring their commitments. My advice: stay away from Service Management Group and from Groupon.
Description of Work: One problem was Groupon. As an aside, I would never use Groupon again. They sold a coupon for a coupon that could not honor the service. No services were performed
