I had used this plumber before and was very satisfied. I discovered my water heater was leaking on a Saturday morning, so I immediately checked the internet to get an idea of replacement cost. Left message with Seminole and Josh called me back in a few minutes. We discussed pricing and I was given a competitive quotation with an installation promise of Monday afternoon. Installation went fairly quick at an hour and forty-five minutes which included some plumbing rerouting and soldering. Cleanup was good and the old heater was placed streetside for waste pickup.

Tech was prompt and professional. I feel the cost of the work performed was appropriate for the difficulty and time involved.

I did not use this provider because they could not even answer the phone properly. They hung up on me before I could even say hello. I guess they don't need any business.

Randy made room the day I called was thorough in tracing the problem and fixing it. Very grateful as I was afraid I was looking at replacing the well pump. Very professional and card about doing it right.

Went straight to work and completed the job quickly even though it was not a straight in and out operation.

The serviceman was prompt, courteous and efficient in replacing my kitchen faucet. The fee was as he had quoted when I made the appointment. He was neat and took all of the old parts with him. It has been two days since the install, and so far all is working well.

He turned off the water, cut old pipe, prepared new pipe and facet, welded pipes together, 45 minutes, took away ofd material.

The bathtub work was great. My drain is no longer slow, and I am very happy with the work that was done.
As for the ice maker, it is still not working.
The plumber told me that the ice maker had stopped working because the water filter need to be replaced. He replaced the filter and said the ice maker would start working within 24 hours. It did not. I called, and the plumber told me he would contact the manufacturer and requested the model #, which I immediately sent via email. When I had not heard from him in a couple of days, I called again and asked if he had had a chance to contact the manufacturer. He said he had not gotten my email, so I resent it. After calling the manufacturer, he told me that there is a reset button on the ice maker itself. I tried to reset several times, but had no luck, so I called the plumber again. He told me that I would have to deal with the manufacturer myself.
Now it may well be a simple fix, and hopefully the manufacturer can help me, but the plumber's total disinterest in my plight, the fact that he did not do what was necessary to get my ice maker up and working again in the first place plus the fact that he had no interest in coming back to try to fix the ice maker, make me feel that I would not use this company again.

Came to change/install a new valve/splitter for the dish washer. During
the water shutdown to the house and then turn back on a pipe from my
well split. What was a 10 minute job (including small talk) turned into
over an hour including leaving to get clearly unanticipated parts.
Very knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. Will use again in a
heartbeat.

They arrived and made the repair within hours of being called. Fast, professional, and reasonable.

They have been very accommodating and very responsive. They also have a very good price and they observe punctuality.

From just talking with the technician that answered the phone, I was impressed right away. He made the appointment, and was very knowledgable about our issue. It was great to talk to someone immediately who had an understanding of what our problem was and all the diagnostics from the start. The technician arrived to look at our toilet issue in our master bath. He was very courteous and clean. The shoe covers that he wore over his work shoes was a great plus. He explained in detail, and even tried his best to show me what he was repairing, to make sure i guess i knew what i was paying for. Went over the parts he was using, described the difference between the better parts he was using, versus the cheaper parts competitors use (and charge the higher price for.) seeing the real cause of the issue, (busted toilet flange under toilet) and the improper repair from the other company last year, it was quite a difference in time, and work performed. Took about an hour and a half for the repair to be made, and felt the amount charged was worth it. Plus, i was giving a two year warranty on this repair, he was extremely confident it would last much longer. would tell anyone who asks for a good plumber to call Seminole Plumbing.

We have used Seminole Plumbing numerous times and have never been disappointed with their service or price. Ray was able to install the sink faucets even though the holes cut for them were to close to the back splash. They all work perfectly! We have never had to call Seminole Plumbing back to re-do any of their work. They are the only plumber we will use.

I thought they were professional, they cared about their work, and they wanted the customer to be happy with their work.

Responded to call immediately, set up appointment at a convenient time. Showed up at the expected time and finished in a timely fashion. Clean, polite, efficient. Best of all, of the 4 companies contacted, it was half the price of the lowest bid. 2 companies did not even bother to call back or give an estimate.

Ray was very polite and asked me detailed questions when I called for an estimate. He arrived on time and immediately began working. He was very tidy when working and the bathroom was immaculate when the work was complete. He took special care when chipping away at the outdoor stucco and extended the copper pipe, so that future repair would be easily done after the stucco has been patched. He was all business when he was working, but after work was complete and the invoice was in my hand, Ray stuck around to make conversation for a few minutes. He's a very pleasant person to talk to. We would definitely hire Ray again and recommend his services to anyone looking for an honest, professional plumber. The icing on the cake was that the actual cost of the job was $70-100 under the estimate.

He said that he would call back or send somebody out, and he never has.

I have always been very happy with Ray's service. He is an independent operator, always returns calls promptly and is very fair, honest and responsive. I highly recommend him.
