Serviceman was on time and prompt. Replacement took several hours (it is a large system). Very satisfied with system, monitoring and service. Safetouch is a bit more expensive, but is really good. All their people are very professional.

We wanted to upgrade our home security system in conjunction with remodeling projects to replace all of the home's doors and windows. The company's sales representative assured us that the company's technician's would work closely with the contractor and without any extra charges. In actuality, the technical service side of the company was not very responsive, would not coordinate with the contractor, and demanded extra charges be paid in advance before any work would be done.
Additionally, despite the company's name and advertising, it is not really local to Tallahassee. Calls get answered by a call center in Jacksonville and they are not at all helpful.
We cancelled the remaining portion of the security monitoring service contract due to the continuing frustrations in trying to deal with the company's misleading and unsatisfactory practices.

The gentleman that did the installation was very good. The gentleman that did the sale did his job; he was a very smooth talker, but he intentionally left some things out. They came highly recommended from other people that used them. I would use them again.
