ROSLUND'S PAINT & BODY SHOP

The cost was the highest of 4 estimates I received for the minor body repair work. They also wanted me to leave the car for an entire week. I have no doubt that they would do good work, but their price was too high and they wanted too long to do the work.

Was in an accident and several friends recommended Roslund's. There were some repair delays due to insurance company dragging responses. The quality of the work was excellent, but when I originally took the vehicle in, they estimated 3-4 weeks, maybe 5 due to insurance company involvement. The insurance company took a couple days to get payments and approvals, however, I did not think this caused all the delays of an additional 3-4 weeks (total 10 weeks) to complete the job.
Again, note, the quality of workmanship was/is excellent. However, I never did receive any calls or updates from the Shop and felt I had to call them several times a week to keep the project moving forward. I do not think I would ever go back as it can be costly and inconvenient to be out of a vehicle for extended time.
If I had received faster service and good communication I would rank Roslunds as 5 stars, even good communication might have changed the rating- but I generally felt my repair was their lowest priority and did not feel certain about when the job would be completed.

They have painted my daughter's car in the past. They did a good job on her car. They did an appropriate job to get the car back in order. They did a good job matching the painting and the detailed job. It looks pretty good. We are happy with what we got for the money we paid. They are prompt. They called me today that my car was ready and there was a rubber strip that needed to be changed, but they told that it was not necessary. They were there when I showed up. They called to tell when the parts would be ready. The estimate was accurate.
