All work done professionally and on time.  Mr. Mahan is well regarded, and, therefore, he is scheduled far in advance.  I was lucky to contact him when he had a few down days.

Ron was the only contractor that did a through exam and found the real problem. He was honest in his estimate and did not "sugar coat" the issue just to get the job. He also was the only contract that recommended COT permitting to be sure no questions could come up later. He was very professional, courtious and did what he said he would. I gave him a key to the house and that was that.

He has been marvelous. We continue to refer him to friends and family. He has been extraordinary. He does most of the work himself because he wants it done right. He is very friendly and respectful of time. He is on time, and does exactly what he says he is going to do. He does one job at a time, and gets it done before he says he will. He is right on budget and very honest. He has good subcontractors, and they are all reasonbly priced. One of our neighbors is having him do their kitchen after he saw him do our kitchen.
