cost was high; problem was that the bedroom was not inspected before the painter came.  It took a lot longer than the contractor thought that it would take.  In fairness, I paid what he charged.  However, the problem was that his estimate was low.  Not my problem although I made it right for him.  I should note that the painter was not the contractor.  The painter himself was diligent and careful.  The contractor himself should be more careful in his estimates.

.He is one of the most dependeable people I have had work for me. He shows up when he says he is going to and he puts in a full day and never leaves a mess. He is a perfectionist and doesn't ever leave unless he is satisfied with the job he has done. I can't say enough good about him!
