 + -1 moreI had two years of experience with them. I interviewed about 15 contractors because it was going to cost more than the value of the house. We really did a lot. I was very happy with them. They were amazing. They were all so professional and they were always on time. They didn't smoke or curse around my kids. They were top-notch in every way. I found it to be a competitive price. My friends who call me and wanted to do construction work, I always recommend them. I always tell them that's where to go.
Description of Work: Riley Palmer Construction Co. totally assembled the sides of our house. We doubled our house and they did a ton of work.

 + 0 moreI got a lot of bang for my buck. The subs were very reliable. They were very skilled and their standards were high. I didn't like that they ran over in cost. This was not good. But when they did, they were nice about letting me now. I had time to get the extra money together. They were polite and courteous.
Description of Work: I used Riley Palmer Construction. They just finished in December. They were here for a long time. It was a big project. Our house is 1940's. They specialize in old houses and I wanted the style to be authentic to the era. We added a pool and an outside kitchen type area. They added a family room, a bathroom and they kept it in a retro style. They kept it in the style of the house from the forties and fifties. Nothing looks modern.
