The crew was sloppy and rude, the work was slipshod, and we have had numerous problems with the structure in the years since.  The nails used in the siding began rusting almost immediately, because they used the wrong ones.  Bass ultimately sent out a crew to sink and caulk the old ones, put new nails in the Hardiboard siding, and repaint the house.  They beat up the siding, leaving hammer marks, etc. that were never corrected.  
The skylight leaked from Day 1.  We ultimately had to pay another roofer to remove it and board it over after Bass refused to correct the problem.  His response to our repeated complaints was, "Sue me."
Our foundation has multiple, major cracks that began within the first year of living in the home.  They cause us to worry about its structural integrity to this day.

They came when we needed them and when they said they were going to come.  They took less time than what we originally thought.  We haven't called them back for any leaks.  It was really a low impact on handling the waste.  They were on top of the line.  They weren't cheap, and they weren't the most expensive.  The price was moderate.  The finished work looks good.  We always thought that they were professional.
