Quality Water Supply

This company was hired to supply our office with bottled drinking water on a regular basis. I was told by the salesman that they would come every other week to pick up the empty bottles and leave fresh drinking water bottles. I was quoted a price of $2/month rental fee for the cold water cooler and $7/bottle for the drinking water bottles and that the first 3 bottle charge of $18.00 would be the deposit. They have since charged me extra for a deposit which won't be credited to the account until we end our service with them. This doesn't seem fair. They promised every other week deliveries and now we are scheduled for once a month delivery. We drink a lot of water in a month. I cannot have 10 or more bottles cluttering the area until they decide to return to collect them. When I have to call them several times before they make a delivery when our water runs out is completely unacceptable. They surely don't want our business! I am presently working to locate a new delivery services for our drinking water supply.
