Very good service. I ordered over the phone to schedule delivery . They arrived on designated day. The young man asked me exactly how I wanted the pine straw put down and where. He did an excellent job and even blew off the driveway and lawn before leaving. He was also exceptionally pleasant and polite.

The only service performed was the delivery. The driver was on time and helpful unloading. The pine straw was a mix of last years and this years crop however and hasn't held up very well this summer.

On the morning of April 25, I send an email to Putnal's Pine Straw on Bradfordville Road in Tallahassee. When I walked outside to get the mail, I noticed they had already delivered all 50 bales of pine straw, neatly stacked, exactly where I had asked them to place the bales. Somehow, they manage to stack the bales without leaving traces of dropped pine straw all over the place, OR maybe they sweep up the debris when they leave. Either way, the area surrounding the stack of 50 bales of pine straw remains clean. Their pine straw is the cleanest I have ever seen. I have ordered pine straw from Putnal's for many years and have had consistently rapid service and consistently clean pine straw.

I called to order 20 bales of pine straw and was told they were currently out of pine straw due to the daily rains this summer. They offered to put me on a wait list and would deliver my order as soon as possible.
I was surprised to find that they had delivered my order within a week and had put it exactly where I had requested in my yard.
A statement was left with the pine straw.
I have used Putnal's before and they deliver quality straw at a good price.
I will continue to recommend and use them in the future.

When I called Putnal's, the answer phone picked up so I left the message that I wanted 24 bales of pine straw left at my address on Monday morning. I received a call back within the hour from Mark saying the pine straw would be delivered as requested. On Monday morning, I don't even know what time, the pine straw was out there in just the right spot, nicely stacked with no messy pine straw residual laying around. The invoice was on one of the bales of straw. They did everything perfectly. I have to admit, I have used them for the past three years and have been very impressed with their courtesy, efficiency, and especially the quality of their pine straw. It is tightly packed, heavy and has very little in the way of branches or pine cones or weeds.
