Badly. PAC did not check if my vehicle was in a drivable condition before leaving the shop. My vehicle broke down within an hour of leaving the shop on a Friday evening. "Radiator issues," I was told the following Monday, after taking the vehicle back to the shop by tow track. "The engine is gone. You need a new engine." PAC did not assume any responsibility.

trust their judgement and service on all of the cars I have brought in. They have never failed to fix things to my satisfaction. Their prices are not that much better than what you'd get at a regular car dealership in many instances based on my experience but I know I can trust them and know they're not going to be trying to pad the bill by saying I need services which I don't really need yet.

very professional, knowledgeable, and nice. have been in tallahassee for a very long time. however, it was a little on the expensive side for the maintenance my car needed, but got the job done none the less.

Estimates are accurate and in the event that they find something broken that you didn't know about, they will call you and explain the problem and ask you how you want it to be handled. If you don't want to repair it right now, that's fine with them. This shop is not cheap, but they are not rip off artists either. Worth every penny to keep my very old vehicles running in tip-top shape. About the only other criticism I can think of is they close by 5:30 and have no weekend hours, so you typically have to take off work to pick up your vehicle. They do not have a shuttle service or loaner cars, so getting rides to and from is your responsibility. You can drop it off the night before and drop the keys through their mail slot, if you don't mind leaving your car exposed so close to the FSU stadium. If they are there when you drop your car, it will be stored inside the garage overnight while they have it. I'd spent $5000 on body work and I got my car back without a single scratch.
