Dry Cleaning Service
Dry cleaning was acceptable - no complaints.
The dress shirts were so badly ironed that I had to take them back. When I did, I was told that several people had complained about the bad pressing. This admission caused me concern. They took the shirts back and repressed them at no charge. When I picked them up the second time they were a little better, but still not good enough to be able to wear. I commented to the clerk that they were still not well pressed, but wasn't offered any remedy or a refund. I decided that I was not going to be able to get them pressed well, and took them home and repressed them.
