Didn't complete the job, still had a leak in the roof, bedroom never got finished. no carpet replace wall damage, ceiling not doing professional my insurance took picture , agree job was poorly. The owner didn't check the work, kept lying to me, say was going to finish the job never did, my house unsatisfied, I wouldn't recommend Don Johnson to no one, all they care is about money, not satisfied their customers, then had the nerver asking for 13000 dollar for nothing, then use excuse that ditech didn't give them what they want., so they didn't complete job and when it rain water still leaking in my bathroom. I feel rip off, more like my insurance company was RIP off who was one that pay them, now up under new company call shellpoint because ditech sold out to them, and I call him again another lines after speaking with shellpoint to have him finish job, another lies, lie after lies, to me this company ver unprofessional took over 7, too dollars and never return, always have to pay don johnson first I felt like he use left over materials on other people home this is what I experience with this company and it 2020 my home still not fit sincerely Sharon Richardson in Tallahassee Fl
