It was a very satisfying experience.

We needed someone to install a new dishwasher in a rental unit in Quincy, Florida so we called Precision.  They were very prompt and professional.  It was a difficult job because the old dishwasher had to be removed and then the plumbing and electical had to be adapted to the new one.  We were very pleased with the work.  We have used this company many times and have never been disappointed.

They did a really good job, they were efficient and the price was really good. They also gave me some recommendations since I have an older system. At one point we couldn't get the thermostat to shut off. They said it was old and then they gave us some really good choices.

They spoke to me about replacing my unit. Then I called another company. Precision wasn’t bad, but I was much happier with the other company. Precision charged me about $185 for the last service. When I spoke to the person who answered the phone, that’s not the price they gave me. He said that they must not have told me about the service call fee. Then I called up the other company the next time since I was still having problems. The person from the other company said that they wouldn’t charge me anything if I bought the unit from them. The guy from Precision really knows his stuff and he is very knowledgeable. I just wasn’t happy with what happened with the price thing. I didn’t have much interaction with them since they just put Freon in. They did come out right away. I wasn’t happy because the price wasn’t what I was expecting it to be. I would use their services again.

I wasn?t here when he came and did the work. I spoke with the owner over the phone. Everything was working when I came home. The house was clean and the door was locked. I have no complaints. They did a great job.

He called me back when he said he was going to call. They arrived on time. They discovered the attic system was not working and so they called me and fixed it the next time they were there.
