Excellent experience. Service was prompt. Entire job took approximately one hour. Customer waiting area was clean and comfortable. Service techs and front desk were friendly and responsive to questions/concerns.

I was very pleased with the work they did. The estimate they gave me was right on target. I had to wait about a week for them to order the replacement door (from a salvage place in New York, apparently). Then the repair itsefl took four days. While Popular Mechanix is not the cheapest place in town, they do good work, and I feel like they did the job right.
I will say this, though. About three months after the repair, the door lock for the replaced door did not work properly. (When I would use the key fob or the power door lock switch in the car, the right rear door lock did not respond.) I wound up having to spend $400 at my Volvo dealer back home to get it fixed. (I live in South Florida, but travel to Tallahassee for the Legislative Session, which is when I had my car repaired at Popular Mechanix.)
I have not yet contacted PM about this issue.

I have been going to them for 8 years. They only service Volvos and they do a good job. They are polite and thorough in their analysis. They give information on the repairs so that you can understand. They are professional and I would recommend them.
