After cleaning my Spa would not start, Briley Merlan came out as soon as he could and diagnosed a fuse. He had a spare and didn't charge me for it, just the service call.

Phone response was immediate when I called around for estimates. He was able to come to fix my pump the next work day. Courteous, efficient, and reasonably priced. He also guarantees his work. I won't hesitate to contact him again for my future pool needs.

Excellent, Excellent! Called and explained problem. Briley know exactly what was wrong and had it fixed the next day. Always going above and beyond with customer service. Honest and reasonable. Best Pool man ever! Would highly recommend for any pool job!

He brought the cover to me right to my driveway. Then didn't even charge me for delivery. So I tipped him instead.
Briley has always taken care of any issues [since 2003] on my hot springs spa. He even remembers what kind of tub it is and what parts I might need. He is a local Tallahasseean who seems to go above and beyond for his customers.
