He showed up.  Took a look at the hot tub. Said that I needed a switch.  If that didn't work, might need to have our gas guy come look at the gas unit.  Took the 95.00 for telling me the hot tub was broken and left.  Has never returned.  Said he was going to order a switch, but was never heard from again.  Reprehensible.

After cleaning my Spa would not start, Briley Merlan came out as soon as he could and diagnosed a fuse.  He had a spare and didn't charge me for it, just the service call.

He brought the cover to me right to my driveway. Then didn't even charge me for delivery. So I tipped him instead.
Briley has always taken care of any issues [since 2003] on my hot springs spa. He even remembers what kind of tub it is and what parts I might need. He is a local Tallahasseean who seems to go above and beyond for his customers.
