"We did install a roof for you in 2004 and up until recently, you have had no problems with your roof. We have responded to your calls for service on 3 occasions and been on time every time with myself responding 2of those 3 times. Each time I have been there I have found that your roof has had an excessive buildup of tree drebris which is preventing water from shedding from the roof and causing it to backup under your shingles and flashing. I have explained the need to perform routine maintenance especially with you house being under the trees and even offered you service company referrals that will perform the service for you at a minimal cost. I have given you multiple options for repairing the damages to your chimney siding and roof decking that has become rotted due to neglect. I feel like the only way we would have been able to help you satisfactorily would have been to volunteer our services to blow the roof off on a regular basis and perform all your wood rot repairs at no cost. We have provided you with a reasonable proposal to correct your siding, skylight, chimney, and gutter damage. We can fix all the issues that you have as I have explained in my proposal. If financing is a concern, we do offer the financing options that I explained while I was at your home and if that is not possible, I can offer you some direction to organizations that may be able to assist you with the costs."

The porch expansion and screened enclosure has been a nightmare since the word go. It has leaked every time it has rained, usually in a new spot each time. When called, the screened porch subcontractor says he will come out to repair the problems but frequently does not show. We have pictures to back up our claims and will share them with anyone interested before you make the same mistake. Shameful customer service and confrontational attitude exhibited by the construction manager when we tried to express legitimate concerns caused us to go with another company for our re-roof this year. We are much happier with the service received from their competitor.

Travis was very helpful when it came to picking out the new shingles. He took a picture of my house and then showed me on his tablet computer what it would look like with various colors and styles. I thought that was great!
After the work was completed, I was very pleased with the appearance of the completed roof and the materials they used. At the suggestion of my homeowner's insurance company, I had the new roof inspected. The inspector sent a report to my insurance company verifying that everything was done correctly, which resulted in my annual insurance premium dropping by more than $300!
Although there were several problems along the way, Travis and the owner made everything right after I brought the problems to their attention. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. They followed up with a letter, phone calls, and a survey to make sure everything was OK. In addition, the manufacturer sent a survey to me, along with warranty information. Clearly, they all want to make sure you are happy.
I highly recommend Parker Brothers. Use them with confidence and sleep well at night!

"It should be noted that after member selected the other contractor, they failed to give her the service she deserved and she later cancelled the contract and signed a contract with Parker Brothers to provide the roof she was wanting. A good example of how lower prices equal more headaches. Thank you Ms. Chen for your business and continued referrals since completing your roof."
The crew were all very professional and sweet. They worked way too hard in this heat and finished in 2 days. We were blessed with no rain. They were also patient with all of my questions and concerns and just did an overall perfect job!
I know this company does many commercial jobs, but would totally recommend them for residential if you want a company who stands behind the quality of their job.
