The roofing job was completed in January 2010 with a 10 year warranty. Earlier this year I had to pay a contractor to nail down the roof ridge vent which was lifting. Now I have leaking and stains on ceiling inside the house. Called Ed Hanley and explained need for him to come look to determine what is needed. He asked me to 'call back and leave a message'. I have called and left messages that were never returned. And now Mr. Hanley's voice mail inbox has been "full" and unable to take messages since mid October (tried again today 12/6/17 - still full). This company will install a new roof but clearly will NOT honor the warranty that they guarantee. I will now need to pay a different contractor to repair the roof that Pantera should be taking care of. I would NOT use this contractor for any work and do not recommend anyone else do so either.

I needed a new roof promptly and Donald Henley of Pantera Roofing came out the day after I contacted him to measure my roof and he gave me an estimate that day. Two days later he and his crew began working on my roof. They completed the job in less than a week and that was with a couple days when rain prevented them from working. All the workers were friendly and worked hard. They cleaned up the site very well when they were done. The new roof looks great.

They were very reasonably priced and did a great job. They are very professional. I can't recommend them highly enough.
