It was very easy to schedule the appointment. The only problem I had was that it was a one time service to catch the rodent/squirrel. Because it was not caught there was nothing else to be done for the price that was paid. The technician did advise on some things that we could do to block the path that the squirrel was using to enter the attic and left a product to help.
