NORTHSIDE MOWERS & SMALL ENGNE

Had my mower for warranty repair for ten weeks. On several occasions, promised to have the mower repaired "the next day". Lied to me all summer long. Never did fix it - I finally picked it up after he blew off the company whose warranty work he was doing. Stay away.

My first experience doing business with this company was outstanding. I came to Bob with a warranty problem on a mower and he quickly resolved my problem with the MFG. My mower is back running now with a newly replaced starter, just like Bob promised. If Bob will treat me right on a mower I didn't even buy from him, I know I can trust him enough to do business with him. He fought for me and earned j64my business! I just bought my first mower from Bob as a result.

It was terrible! They claimed to fix the leak, but after two uses, the lawnmower is leaking again. When I called to complain and ask for my money back, they said "well all we did was purge the fuel system and change the air filter." They didn't give us an itemized receipt, so we had no idea that that's what they thought constituted a repair. Also, the mower had a new air filter when we took it to them. The guy then said "I'm not giving you your money back" and he hung up on me!!!! I would NEVER ever do business with these people again. They're both incompetent and rude. (Another mower repair place informed me that they're not certified to make the repairs they make.) Avoid avoid avoid!

He came to my house to pick up my mower. When he came out he was cursing. He took the mower. I called a few days later to check on it and see when it would be ready. Over the phone he was rude and cursing. I took my mower and left as a dissatisfied customer.
