 + -1 moreCleaned machine; bobbin case was not in properly which was the only reason the machine was making noise. The store is very unorganized and seems "junky". People are very nice and helpful.
Description of Work: clean and lubricate machine; making a clunking noise.

 + -1 moreThey sell sewing machines and they have classes and they also repair sewing machines. Over the years I've spent thousands of dollars with them. They carry two of what I think are the top-line sewing machines available. They are lovely people; they are nice people and are good to deal with. They are very helpful, respectful and responsive. They are knowledgeable. Their pricing is great.
