Mike was the most responsive of the folks I called. I called him in the evening expecting to leave a message and hear back the next day and he, instead, came out to do an estimate at 8 PM that evening. He quoted me a fair price and did the work two days later. He worked efficiently and cleared all requested areas of excessive mold caused by abnormal amounts of rain this summer. We were very pleased with his work and would use him again on an annual basis to make our house, windows paths, and patios look like new.

Mike did an amazing job. He came out the same day I called for an estimate and was able to quickly squeeze me into his busy schedule. He was also very courteous and professional. I have had pressure washings done in the past but the results didn't come close to what Mike was able to do. I am a very pleased customer, will use him again for all future cleanings and will gladly recommend him to others.

Mr. Underwood arrived at the appointed time. Checked with me to set up equipment. Promptly began working. The work was to wash the siding (white asbestos shingles) on the entire house. The shingles were dirty with black mold, green mold, and atmospheric delivered dust, pollen, smoke, and exhaust debris.
After a couple of hours of washing, the house was completely white. Before putting his equipment on his truck, Mr. Underwood asked me to take a review walk around the house with him to show me what he done and to secure my satisfaction with the work accomplished. The job was done very well. He had not missed any areas of the siding cleaned. The shingles were as white as if they were brand new.
Mr. Underwood removed all his equipment and replaced items that were in the way back to their respective places.

Mike gets an "A" in overall experience. He cleared the driveway of the pots, bags of compost, and other things out there, turned an almost grey/black driveway into an exceptionally clean one, put everything back and was finished. Very courteous. I also understand he does softwashing, painting, and wood rot repair. I know he has already performed more than one of those services for several other residents on my street. He is also hardworking and, after doing a job on a street, leaves a flyer at other nearby homes and follows up by coming up and ringing the doorbell. I spoke with one of those neighbors; and, she, too, sang his praises. He's hungry, looking for work, and willing to do it.
