MIKE MARTIN PAINTING

We had the interior of our home painted by Mike and son.  He painted our LR, DR, Kitchen, Den and hallway, front and back doors also.  He is fast but the paint he used was very inferior and see-thru.  I would have rather paid for a good paint and supplied him with the paint than to have this very thin see-thru paint that needs to be re-done.  The exterior doors were painted with an interior paint instead of exterior paint, the rain penetrated the paint and caused wood-rot which had to be replaced, just because the paint was not an exterior paint that should have been rain repellant.  I would use him again, but only if I supply the paint, not him.  Overall he did a good job, just poor quality of paint.
