It went extremely well. From the time I called until the job was complete, I was impressed with the responsiveness and the work that was completed. Garrett, the technician was very personable, knowledgeable, professional and worked diligently to find the problem.

Professional, courteous, and went out of their way to work with my previous contractor and me. Work was done quickly and capably, it did not seem to be a very big deal to them (they made it look easy!) but to me it was huge. Cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Called and was able to set up appointment for the following day to have work done. Jared showed up early and worked 5 hours solid to get the job done. He worked around two other subcontractors. Only disappointment was the the way the dishwasher had to be installed to new granite countertops, but he worked hard and did the best he could, do I can't hold it against him. The price was 1/4 the cost of another company and they fit me in on short notice for a rather large job.

Did not like the completion of the outside work. Had to pay extra to do it right after 1 hour free. Did not accept their offer. I now have a loose outside faucet.

When I called the company, I got a very professional person who then turned the call over to another professional person. I was told that some one would be at my home within 4 hours.
Two very professional and knowledgeable men came to take care of the problem. They were shown where the pipe was leaking. They took care of the problem in about 35 minutes. They explained what caused the problem and gave information how I might prevent the problem again.
I got a new customer 10% off the bill because I got the name on Angie's List website.
The worker's name is Johnny B.
I highly recommend this company.
