I stopped using them because they actually damaged the foundation of the house with some of the things they were doing and refused to fix it. I called the manager’s manager to come out and look at the damage that they caused. They told me that they will take care of it but I had to repeatedly call them back and they refused to fix it. They actually did not refuse but they would always say that they would look into it but never did. It went on for more than a year and I ended up fixing it up myself and discontinued to them.
