About us
At Magnificat, we have three full time crews with head painter's having between 15 and 34 years of experience. We pride ourselves in our employee screening process and protect them with all the required documents. We give free estimates on all jobs, commercial or residential and take a 25 - 33% down payment upon closing on a contract. We do however offer a 10% discount for any client, residential or commercial, who schedule their job during the current or following month.
Services we offer
We offer professional interior and exterior painting services, commercial and residential. We cannot give a warranty on any paint job unless we first pressure wash the property. We also specialize in siding replacement, drywall installation and repair, deck staining, garage floor finishes, brick sealing and waterproofing. We offer graffiti proof sealant for brick building business owners!
