Lowes did a very good job with our shingling project from start to finish. Our only complaint was paying for the whole project and then waiting for the project to start. They used a sub-contractor out of Quincy for the actual work. The 3 man crew that did the work were always on time and did an exceptional job. They were very careful with our landscaping and also covered our decks with tarps. The price I was quoted was the price we paid. I would use their services again.

i hired a floor installer to put in a floor I bought at lowes at first it looked great then it buckled it buckled bad! i called the store and they sent out one of their installers who told me he had a problem with 5 or 6 floors like mine doing the same thing and he told me just what would happen. that lowes would send an inspector out to check it and blame it on the installer and not offer to do anything about floor. guess what? he was right that is what they did! i wasted a lot of money at " lowes do it youself store" dont make the same mistake because not only are their employees not trained but they dont know much or cant remember or cant recall or havent heard of it or didnt know anything about it or so one lowes employee told me.
