I purchased some screw drivers with angles which Home depot didn't have.

I had a very hard time finding someone in the store that I could talk to about my services.  I probably waited for about 30 minutes just to find out that the representative was not there.  He called later and we got the service dates and other details worked out.  The installers showed up on time, but were distracted by a recent family emergency and did somewhat of a sloppy job, but I was mainly just cleaning up material debris. However, I was impressed that they called me a couple months later to receive a refund from the materials that were left over from the project, which they picked up after the installation.  This refund came much later than it was supposed to but I had a lot going on and forgot about it myself.  Apparently there had been a management change and that is why it took so long for someone to catch it.  Once I got the message, the refund went surprisingly well at the store.

It went fine. It's a great deal. Everything went smooth and there was no problem. It was as advertised.

Convenient option to get something that wasn't in local store.

I like everything about Lowe's. The prices are competitive. I would give them top marks across the board.

Originally, they sent the wrong door and I had someone else install it but they were great about fixing it. Although, it took them a little bit longer to fix it than I imagined they would. It was an expensive door but it was worth it. It was a high quality door. I would continue to use them. I actually love Lowe's. I feel bad to give them a B on anything.

They had what I was looking for.

I took off work the day it was suppose to arrive. They did not show up. I called and asked where the workers were. They said they went to the warehouse to pick it up, he discovered they were out of that model. They said I could come back in to the store and pick out a display model that they had. That was not what I wanted. I got a refund.

My overall experience with them has been okay. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.

We bought a top-load washer and a dryer and they delivered the units to my home free of charge. The employees were very nice and knowledgeable. I really liked the free delivery!

They were punctual and professional.
