I deal with them all the time.  I have had major work done with them.  Now I let them do the maintenance because they are the closest. 

I am there every 3 weeks. It cost nothing, it is under the maintenance contract. It took about an hour. I sat there. They have got a TV in the waiting area. I just sat with my laptop.

I have been taking the truck in since I bought it from them about 12 years ago. I like the work they do and they have kept the truck running just fine. The staff are very courteous and efficient. They are also prompt and I can usually get the truck back by the end of the day. They will drop me off at work and pick me up after the work for the truck is completed.

They have excellent service. The prices are pricey a little bit, but the warranty is for a whole year, part-time labor. You do not get that anywhere. After a year, you usually get thirty or maybe fifty days, but they guarantee you parts and labor for a whole year, and their work has been excellent. I have been using them since 2008. Everybody is very nice down there. They are very friendly. They have Krispy Kreme donuts and coffee for you. They have internet access and big screen TV while you are waiting. Apparently, the mechanics are excellent. I have not had any problems with anything. I have not had to return my car for any service that they had done. In fact, my car has never broke down or left me on the road anywhere.

We've used the one here in Tallahassee and the one in Nashville, North Carolina and both have been superb. The maintenance was covered by warranty. We're very pleased with them.

My experience went very well. They are the only people I trust with my vehicle. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Salesman approached us who did not identify himself. He allowed us to test drive 2 vehicles and later promised to provide a demo car to drive for a day, appraise my trade in and would call me. 4 days later I called to ask what happened. He said I was passed to a sales manager who seemed to know nothing of my visit and said he would provide numbers once I provided other dealer s quotes with a vin number. I did call and provide some numbers and a vin number. That sales manager said he did not have the authority to give me a price. He said another sales manager would call me. I said I was ready to conclude the deal that day with another dealer. He said the other sales manager would call me back the next day. I waited until the next afternoon and closed the deal at Thomasville Toyota where I had a great experience. Avoid Legacy, call Thomasville Toyota. Ask for Scott Coleman.

The work was completed in a timely fashion, the service people are very competent, the facilities are very pleasant, and I can always count on Legacy to have the parts, including tires, that I need. The main drawback is that many of their recommendations for additional service seem to be based on a formula, such as miles driven, that do not necessarily apply to my vehicle and are not always needed.

I finally went to Toyota because two trips to two other mechanics failed to fix the problem of the check engine light being. By then I was noticing a fluid leak and the brake light had also some on. Haven't had any issues since this repair

They are very professional and take good care of our vehicles and provide a very nice environment for us to relax while the work is done. Everyone is very nice, and the work is always done right.

Had the car towed to the dealership service department after hours. So I was really and quot;stuckand quot; as far as being able to have it towed again. The $913.00 for an alternator and labor, was over 40% more at this location than what I could have had it done for at two other locations i checked with in town. I just feel very taken advantage of.

Chuck in the Service Department was the ONLY saving grace throughout my ordeal.

I give Legacy Toyota Of Tallahasse a grade of A for overall experience.

They are very pleasant to work with. I have taken it back for servicing; 5,000 miles, etc. They cover the first two years of maintenance.
