Steve Abernathy was very thorough and professional. He scrutinized the home from top to bottom and gave us an impartial opinion about what was necessary to fix immediately, what to budget for in the future, and what was in good shape.

Recommended by one of our friends, and Steve did a great job. He checked the house thoroughly and professionally, explained everything clearly to us, and provided many useful suggestions. He used more than four hours inside the house, and another two hours outside on roof. The report he sent us by email was pretty good with detailed descriptions and pictures. We'll highly recommend him to our friends as well.
