Fast, fast, fast. My first contact with Christic was by phone on 7/21/2014. We will close on the property tomorrow 8/6/2014. Acting as the agency authorization for a father and two sons with families who pooled their funds to purchase a home. I contacted Christic after researching the home on the HUD website. I made an offer by phone on 7/15/2014 which she submitted by internet the same evening. She texted before noon on 7/16/14 that the offer was accepted by HUD. NOTE: Never offer the asking price for anything! Zillow predicted this real estate would sell for $93,000. HUD asked $72,000. We offered $65,000 which was accepted. Christic is dynamic and honest. She was thouroughly knowledgable about this property and the bidding process on foreclosed HUD homes.She has an appropriate answer for everything. I was impressed that she works from a very humble office. She can get the deal done. Christic not only sells homes, she wants to help people stay in their homes.
