I called their number and Mr. Griffin worked me in amongst his prior appointments. Mr. Griffin and an assistant initially worked under the sink and cleared the pipes close to that location using a small drain auger. Their efforts cleared the clog and looked good to me and to him, but he suggested a second test of filling the sink full of water to test the drain speed.  The drain worked, but slowly, so they retrieved from their truck a larger drain auger climbed up on the roof and ran the auger down the vent pipe.  We also ran water into the sink via the faucet and a hose to achieve a high volume.  The second effort cleared the clog completely.  I was very pleased that Mr. Griffin took the initiative to double check his work.

I had a water leak in the front yard from a pipe that was about 6 feet underground. Called, made an appointment, and got it fixed quick for a great price. Thanks!

The pleasant experience was due to Kelly's honesty and willingness to teach us to help take care of our plumbing. He could've charged more even though the problems were simple to fix. Since he was honest and charged a reasonable amount, I gave him a tip to show my appreciation and have refered several friends to his business.
Honesty is a rare virtue these days.

I've used Kelly twice now and will continue to use him. He does a great job and has decent prices. Very good at following up with his customers and keeping them in the loop with the entire process.

He's good. I am happy with him so far. He's real personable. Price is real good. He is about 2/3 the price of anyone else.
