If you called my office to schedule work I always let our customers know how far we are booked up on work. At that time you would have been told that we were booked at least 12 weeks and then given a number of another company that would be able to do the work within your requirements. We have been in business almost 25 years and 85% of our business is return customers. We would love to have you as a customer but we can't move your work ahead of clients that have been on our list for 6-8 weeks already. We put everyone on a list and work from First on the list on down the list. "[removed member name], Thanks for responding on Angie's List for the recent job we did for you. The sofa we recovered in the Sunbrella Toasty Stripe fabric came out really nice. The cushions were completely redone with new foam and wrap to finish off the sofa. This was a very well made sofa that would have cost you over $3000.00 if you could get it made this way now to buy new. The cost to recover good, solid wood furniture now is always less expensive than buying new, quality built solid wood furniture on the market today. Almost 90% of the furniture being sold today is made with plywoods and particle boards. Very few companies have survived the Market crash and are still building solid wood framed furniture. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to do the work on your quality furniture. I wish more people would do their homework on evaluating the quality of furniture they are buying before throwing away good quality furniture to our landfills. As a 2nd generation Upholster I grew up watching my dad do things I thought were not possible. I helped him turn and old claw foot iron bathtub into a diamond tufted loveseat. It later was sold to a New York Interior Designer that heard about it through one of our fabric salesman.
