In our opinion, this agent and company are not trustworthy or competent. We routinely had to initiate communications to get any information. When it was at its worst, we tried contacting Joe Manusa, the owner, and was told by the staff he had run out to complete some errands and he would return our call. Shortly thereafter, Novak called us and said Joe Manusa was out of town...not sure who was being truthful, but either way he never followed up with us. Service satisfaction is obviously not a concern of his. On one occasion, Novak sent an email to a listing agent and told her he was submitting the contract to humor us and copied us in the email. Not only was it insulting and unprofessional, but very inappropriate to talk to another agent in that manner about clients that would eventually be cutting his check. We can only imagine what he said to others behind our backs. On several occasions Novak was condescending and was not knowledgeable on dealing with short sales. Told us several times the properties were ours and when a hiccup occurred constantly said he can't control the banks. When we finally gave up on both properties, it took them from 6/24-8/7 to return our earnest money due to the incompetence of the manusa staff, agents, and attorneys office. We put up with this from the end of Feb 2013 until Aug 2013 only because we wanted one of the homes very badly. We would have hung in there longer but it came to a point that this real estate company was not worth our time and all the crap they fed us. We have moved on and found a lovely home and are happy that another agent is earning our money and not this company.

Robin Jerkins has been fantastic to work with. She is very thorough, patient and hard working. We would very much recommend anyone looking to buy a home in Tallahassee to work with Robin.
