The workers walked across our brand new laminate flooring with mud and dirt on their feet. I think they should have put on booties to protect the floor.

Went fine. Under an hour work. This clog happens about twice a year. The tech said using the sewer snake should clear the pipe out enough to last longer. We'll see. I hope he is right. I wish the price was a bit less, but they said using the sewer machine to clean a clog had a minimum of $120, which may be the going rate. Anyway, they were nice on the phone, showed up quickly and got the job done.

Very good experience. Dennis came out and disagrees do problem a previous plumber from a different company missed. He fixed the problem quickly and tested water heater elements.

These guys show up, do the job, and charge reasonable rates. Very good value for the money.

They were quick to respond to call and set up appt for the next business day since this wasn't emergency. He was prrompt worked quickly and cleaned up behind himself very well. Price was reasonable and there's been no problem since.

The price was really reasonable; they only charged me $101. There is nothing wrong with them. They are very professional and provide quality. They are very good and the work they did turned out well. The person who came out was a very nice man and trusted me with doing the job. I had to call him to get my invoice so I could pay him so I thought that was very strange because people want to be paid right then.

Our home warranty company sent us this plumber. He called us to set up an appointment promptly. The plumber's employee was conscientious about removing his boots before entering our home and was very polite and professional. He answered our questions and explained the problem. We were quite satisfied with this company.

We used Jim Crosby plumbing as a result of our homewarrenty. They are wonderful! Came and looked at our hot water heater realized we needed a new one and had it ordered that same day. About three days later we had a completely new hot water heater the plumber found and fixed a leak and installed a shut off valve. We would use them again any time and have recommened them to our friends! Thank you!

They were prompt, courteous, professional and fixed my problems. I felt they were very fairly priced considering all the work they did and the amount of time spent. The only thing I gave them a less than outstanding mark for was that they had to order a part for my kitchen faucet and I had to call them back to schedule a time for it to be installed.

Hybrid water heater originally installed in 2011. In trying to remove a rear maintenance panel I discovered that the unit should have been installed at least 7 inches from the wall, but was only 1 inch away. Crosby sent a plumber out the same day, who drained and moved the water heater. No charge and very prompt response. Excellent service.

I called on the afternoon of Feb 7 and was given quick service the next morning. Courteous and friendly phone call to arrange the service and friendly and helpful service the next day.

It took a little less than 1 hour. (They charge $85/hr, which I think is very competitive.) I called them at 9:45am, and a plumber showed up at 11am! He ditected the possible problem, which required replacing some parts. The plumber and the head office communicated through radio, very efficient and effectivel, to determine if the parts are availabe, both at their shop and in the distributer's warehouse. Unfortunately, becuase the unit was old (more than 9 years old) the parts were no longer available. He explained the options, which was either they install the new faucet or I will do it myself. When I told him that I would like to do it myself, he was just fine with it and even gave me some useful tips. Overall, It was very pleasant and enjoyable experience!

Everything turned out well and it was a fair price.

We had a real bad leak and my husband tried to fix it but he couldn't fix it. Then we called him and he took it apart, couldn't find anything wrong with it, put it back together and said he couldn't find anything. He didn't charge us anything for it and after he left we didn't have the problem anymore. He was very nice and a lot stronger than my husband. I think he must have tightened it tighter. He was very nice and polite. We felt like we did good by just having him out here and he was polite while he was here and he didn't charge us anything. He came out right away.
