Flooring
They brought the flooring into my house in the afternoon. They later installed my flooring. They scratched up the flooring with the furniture and they did not complete the quarter rounds in the room. They did not replace the parts they broke. They did not notify me about this. They charged me more than their estimate. They told me that I needed to pay more for them to finish because of unforeseen circumstances. We agreed with the tile and the pattern, and then they told me that I had to pay additional fees because of their mistakes with the estimate.
