deck cleaning
+ -1 moreHe estimated 6000 and we had to pay 10000. His work is superior. His workers are good and honest. He said the estimate was off because he did not check out the cost of the material before he gave us a written quote. I would recommend his work, the workmen are wonderful. I will not use him again because of the cost. We were never told the upgraded price before we got the final bill. I think the price was reasonable, the problem was he never told us after he found out the cost of the material.
Description of Work: I used James Mc Farland Builder Inc. for a deck replacement.
