A couple of years now, there was a different owner, they came out and did some minor things on the outside of our job and did a great job and we had them come back and there was a different guy now and they did a horrible job. I would have rather just have done it myself. We have hardie board on the outside of our house and they actually cracked that and broke pieces of that. When they were placing some of the wood, they used the wrong size, which was too small. We are going to have them paint the house and when we saw their work done, we did not go with them.
Description of Work: Horizon Home Modifications worked on some woodwork and remodeling.

 + 4 moreFlawless. Work completed on (or ahead of) schedule and within estimate. Quality of work excellent. Appointments always kept punctually. Follow-up on every item. Modifications handled without problem. Jack was on the job and provided direct supervision of subcontractors, who were there on schedule.This is the only home improvement contractor I've ever encountered who met all my standards for performance and customer service. Recommended without reservation!
