The delivery guy said he could not instal it because he could not get he old washer out. My 5 ft petit wife pulled it out 5 minutes after he left and they refused to turn around come back and instal it. They never called to set up a second appointment. We had to call them several days days later only to find out thay they came by without calling and no one was home (we work for a living and have to schedule time off to be at home during the week) it's been over two weeks since they returned the washer and they still have not accredited our account (514.15 total they till have of our money)

I was really disappointed about that because the guy didn't level the dryer to be the same height as the washer. When I called back, they said I had to request that and since I had not requested it at the time and I had not noticed it at the time. But, I just thought that it should be -who wants their appliances to be at different levels? I was just disappointed that they didn't come back and level it. However, the store is  close-by for convenience.

That was okay; it was a long wait. It was good but it took like two months before they showed up. It might be that Home Depot takes time to order the doors and everything else; I was just surprised that it took so long.

I am very satisfied with them.  They did an outstanding job of designing, getting the right equipment and they were very attentive when I worked with them.

The people are very knowledgeable. The prices are very competitive.

The cabinets are beautiful, they're really good quality. I wasn't too happy with their installers. If there's a problem, he's really bad about coming back. I'm still trying to hold of him because two of the doors don't close properly.

We finally got the door installed, but it was a HUGE pain in the butt.  DON'T have Home Depot install your purchases.  Hire someone else to do so.

My overall experience with them has been okay.  I will continue to use this provider again in the future.

Disappointed in Home Depot, once they get your money, they don't care about satisfaction of customers.

After a very long process of ordering the door we wanted at Home Depot, the contractor coming to our house to install the door cancelled twice.  Each time was a different excuse.  The Home Depot people were not helpful at all after the initial sale and the contractor was sloppy and not very professional. After all of the problems getting this door installed, I would NEVER use Home Depot for anything like this again.  If I did have to do it again, I may purchase the door at Home Depot if I couldn't find the door I wanted elsewhere, but I would contract someone else to install it.

THE PERSON I WORKED WITH WAS LAUREN. SHE DESIGNED AND CO-ORDINATED THE PROJECT. SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEGEABLE- PATIENT, AND PROFESSIONAL. EVERYTHING TURNED OUT ACCORDING TO THE PLAN. VERY  HAPPY AND WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND FOR KITCHEN PROJECTS

The person we dealt with is Lauren Hesse, Kitchen & Bath Designer. She is very personal, but does not know her business. The shipment came promptly, but three of the cabinets were the wrong size. I had my workman come and install the pieces that were right. We had to pay $1000 in trim to fix the problems. Home Depot sent a guy out to look at the problems. He took a few pictures and said he could not do the job since he did not install them. They would not refund my $100 that I paid to have the guy come out and do the job.

Bottom line... goods and services were as quoted. Took care of businesss expediently and professionally. Performed as promised...no complaints.
