The re-grouting of the tub was excellent and went off without a hitch.
The plumbing fixture was also quite old and mostly plastic behind the wall. When Harry took it apart, he went and got 2 O-rings. Unfortunately, when it was put together, the leak was still there. He thought that it might stop / slow down over the next few hours as the various new rings meshed with the old pieces. Unfortunately, they did not so we called him later that evening. The next day (which was Saturday), he came and decided that we probably needed all the plastic parts of the plumbing fixture for the hot water faucet replaced. So he bought all the necessary parts, put the faucet back together again, and the leak was fixed. He did not charge us extra from the original price quoted or for coming out on Saturday.

Harry was recommended to me by a neighbor for whom he enclosed and insulated a garage into an office space. He is reasonable in his prices. The job he did painting three rooms in my house was meticulous. He has a sure hand and cleans everything up. It was a pleasure to have him do the painting, since the rooms came out perfectly. So did the screen replacements on my porch for that matter. He's careful with everything he touches. He's also assembled a gas grill and replaced the closer on a storm door, which I forgot to mention when I listed all the catagories he works on. He's a Methodist and a church goer. A family man. It's not like you can't go off and leave him in your house either, because you can. Hope this helps to let you know how good he is at various and assorted tasks. He's volunteered to stop in and change light bulbs or take a minute to do what's needed. So helpful.
