Robbie was quick to respond. His crew started the next day that we received the quote. The installation was difficult in that the team lead or supervisor was not customer oriented. He did not deal well with my wife or me. Robbie did attempt to resolve the issues, but not to our satisfaction. I had to inform him that I was going to withhold the remainder of his payment. His brother intervened and agreed to our terms before receiving final payment.
We live in an older home, so I do understand the issues that could bring when installing new products. However, the corners in the soffits did not , and some still do not, fit well. Additionally, the crew left black fingerprints everywhere on our new and white gutters, soffits and facia. Furthermore, we had some real problems with flooding in one part of our gutters only to find out that we had 6 inches of pine needs blocking the water. Finally, our gutters are probably not well designed for our roof, because they will overflow with moderate rain and some parts of the gutters hold water which defeats the purposes.
Needless to say, the next time I will call GutterHawk...
