The services performed was exactly what I expected,and they told me the price for the service before I left the bike. They kept the bike overnight,and wanted me to pick it up after 5 pm the following day,which is what they tell everyone. I live 45 miles away and a call to me if it was finished earlier would have saved me having to drive in downtown rush hour traffic. Oddly,they were anxious for me to pick up the bike-they said room for customer bikes was very limited. When I arrived to pick the bike up, I stood around half an hour waiting for the one clerk at the front to get my bike and paperwork. He was assisting a potential buyer,that ultimately didn't buy. _x000D_|I DID buy my bike in this shop several years ago-they need to look after their established customers a bit better.
