 + -1 moreI purchased the bed from their Mahan Drive location because it was a convenient location. Nothing was said when I purchased the bed that they were closing that location. I stopped by about a week later and the store was closed. I would have liked go know they were closing that store because I might have gone someplace else that was more convenient than the Old Water Oak Rd location.
Description of Work: I purchased a mattress, box springs and wooden bed frame that had some scratches on it. Based on the promise of having the scratches taken care of I purchased the bed.. The bed was delivered and they forgot the scratch kit and promised they would come back and fix the scratches. We have called numerous times with promises they would come out and fix the scratches and here we are 3 months later and the scratches are still there. In addition I purchased a double bed and the frame is 5" wider than the mattress. When we questioned this we were told that that's the way the manufacturer made it. Nothing was said about this to give me an option to pick something else with the proper size frame.

 + -1 moreI chose Good Morning Mattress Center as they have a wide variety of Jamison and Tempur-pedic systems. Carol (owner/mgr) taught me more about mattress systems than I've ever known! After asking me about my sleep habits, problems and health she had me try several different systems. She assessed my comfort level and how well the mattress system supported me. I chose the Jamison Diplomat as it was the most comfortable, had the best support and is constructed of environmentally friendly materials. Also, the warranty is the best in the industry! It was delivered 1 week later as promised and I'm getting the best sleep I've had in years! I highly recommend Carol and the Jamison systems!
