Glass Service Center

The entire process from making the initial phone call for service to having them out to the house for installation was less than two weeks. They came out to the house, measured, ordered the glass, Installed glass, and clean up before they left. The installation process was less than 1 hour. They were very professional and I would definitely use them again.

I was not familiar with this company before becoming a member of Angie's List. Their quote for the job was competitive, professionally prepared and promptly provided. Options were discussed and recommendations offered. Several visits to my home were necessary. Visits were punctual and I was always contacted when the work crew was en route so that I could have the dogs secured, as per my request. Company representatives were courteous, professional and pleasant. It was a pleasure to hear them work and it was obvious that the crew leader was well-respected and that the men all liked each other. It's so nice to be around happy and competent people! After completion of the installation I voiced concern about the glass door hitting a towel bar when the door was opened, should I be distracted and careless. The crew chief offered to shorten the bar for me. It is a metal rod and I was so pleased and impressed that they were able to immediately accomplish the task. In addition to being very happy with the glass shower enclosure and the installation, the crew delivered my old shower panels, which were very pretty, to a non-profit organization to be used for art glass classes. I am grateful for a job well done and I highly recommend this company.

The Glass Service Center personnel were a delight to work with and gave me good suggestions when we discussed how to do the shower doors for the remodel of my master bath. They showed up on time and left my house clean and neat after they finished installation. I definitely would use them for any future projects and recommend them without hesitation!

it went fine. All I remember was they were prompt and efficient, got the job done. They showed up, did the work and they were done.

Promptly returned calls and set-up convenient time for repair. We did most of the scheduling through Angie's List messaging portal.

They're very good. They did the work because it was during the holiday and as soon as they're gone, they got our window secured. I really like that they were prompt and very courteous.

I have used Tallahassee's GSC (Glass Service Center) for approximately two years now.
First, for many small repairs to vintage items that I sell..like those that needed new glass tops or mirrors.
They always repair as promised, on time and at a set and fair cost. David Burnelis always goes that extra
mile and does something unexpected-like edging the glass or repairing the metal brackets etc..
Finally, I used GSC this summer to repair 5 windows in my home that had clouded after only 10 years.
The team arrived as promised, did the window replacement in a timely and professional manner at the cost
we agreed upon. The service men that came out were neat, organized, timely and professional.
