Arrived on Monday and diagnosed problem, ordered part which was delivered on Wednesday. He called me on Thursday and said that he had a cancellation and that he could come that afternoon. I met him and he replaced a circuit board. Cost was equal to the estimate.

They came out when they said they were going to come out and they were fast. They arrived on time. I would use them again in the future.
