When the estimate was made and the detail of the time required to complete the job was stated, the price quoted and the assertions of what to expect made the price offered fair for what was being promised. In fact, the job took less than half the time estimated. The attention to detail promised in the estimating visit was no where close to met.While the work is adequate and will not likely leak, the level of craftsmanship was mediocre at best. Contractor's unexpected personal issues came into play, and the time dedicated to doing anything more than a workmanlike job went out the window. I was even left with a mess of grout in my yard to break up to keep from losing my grass.
